Today Was A Beautiful Day For Me!!!

Well,it's like it says in my blog or post title today that it was a very beautiful day for me.In my last post or blog that I wrote,I meant to say that my best friend,Deedra Knudsen Hinds was or is my dear friend as well as Reeda Whitehouse(whom I've known for about 7 years)We met in a very special & odd way because I was getting back into attending church again just after I had moved back here to Utah.I went to the church across the street from where I was living when I had lived in Tooele before living in Eagle Mountain for over 2 years.I was told that the building or meetinghouse just right across the street from the apartment that I was living in before was the wrong one for me & was given the correct address to the building or meetinghouse was in which I was to attend,so a day or two later,I set out to find this place & the following Sunday,I followed someone to church & just took a shortcut & I had ended up with meeting my dear friend Reeda Whitehouse & her husband,Robert(Bob for short).We turned out to be the dearest of friends ever since.She had showed up at my apartment the early morning of my Mom's passing & didn't even see a tear shed from me because my youngest sister,Martha(Marty for short)was on the phone with me keeping me calm & relaxed.Well,I'll either blog or post more tomorrow!

This Has Been An Awesome Weekend For Me So Far!!!

Well,it's like it says in regards to the title of my blog or post that this has been an awesome weekend for me so far.Yesterday,I got to go to my stake baptism with a very special & dear friend of mine Deedra Knudsen Hinds & her family because her daughter,Courtney,was being baptized & confirmed.While I was there,I got to see a very special & dear friend of mine named Reeda Whitehouse & I just gave her a hug & said "Hi!" to her as well.We talked for a minute or two & then I went to sit with my best friend & her family.I also got to see a boy that I got to know from getting a ride to church & teaching in primary by the name of Gavin Johnson & his parents as well as my dear friend in which I hadn't even seen in 3 years(since my Mother's passing).I've kept in communication with my dear friend & in a way she was telling me that she wanted to see me or even hear from me.I didn't really tell her(my dear friend)about what I did on the 4th of July in regards to having fun & just being in the children's parade for the 24th of July out here in Tooele.i was listening to a voice inside telling me to go over to my dear friend & just talk to her for a minute or two.I was holding back my tears & just smiled when I saw her walk into the chapel of the stake center for the Tooele,Utah North Stake.We talked about some things & I asked if she had my new #.She told me that she did.I said or asked if I could come see her when she's home sometime & she said to call her first & I said that I would & that's a very good idea to do that.My best friend,Deedra Knudsen Hinds had made Courtney's day of baptism a special day for me because I didn't even know if my dear friend,Reeda Whitehouse would even be there.Once again,thank you so much,Deedra Knudsen Hinds for the invitation to Courtney's baptism & party.Well,I'll either blog or post more tomorrow!

Well,It's Conference Weekend Time Again!!!

Well,it's like the title of my blog says that it's conference weekend time again.It's where we get to hear speakers from different parts of the church speak & music for 2 hours(which I love to hear).I can't get the opportunity to watch it on TV,so I watch it on the internet.I find it very comforting to watch because of what's being said or even mentioned it regards to the talks that are being given in conference.3 years ago yesterday,I lost my Mother & in the last session of conference,they had everyone sing "I Am A Child Of God" & I missed seeing it on TV,so my brother-in-law loaded it onto my mp3 player so I could hear it later on whenever I could or wanted to.2 days before & 2 days after my Mom or Mother had passed away,I cried because I loved her but that's all in the past.I know one of the twelve apostles that may be speaking in conference & have known him for over 30 years because we(my family & his)lived in the same ward together & he was the stake Sunday school president & a thoracic surgeon as well.I'll try to watch the whole thing of one of the sessions tomorrow.Well,I'll either blog or post more tomorrow!
