It's that time of year again!We've just got to get to out to smell the flowers sometimes.It's not so good to keep yourself all kooked up inside.Get out!Live it up a little!Plant some flowers,maybe a tree or two even.Just get out for some sun every time you can.Take the kids for a walk everyday if you can.Just get outside!You need some fresh air everyday or every once in a while.Better out than in is what that cartoon character Shrek says.
